Blue Oaks Veterinary Clinic would like to thank all of you for your patience and understanding over the last year while we navigate patient care during a pandemic. As we continue to adapt to changing requirements and recommendations, please keep in mind the following policy changes:
As of 7/16/21, our doors will be open. While we will be letting clients and their pets into the building for all appointments there will be a few guidelines we need to follow:
All clients entering the building will be required to properly wear a mask at all times, no exceptions.
We will maintain proper social distancing within the clinic.
If you prefer to have a curbside or "Concierge Curbside Service" appointment instead, please just let us know and we would be happy to do so! We would also like to kindly ask clients to wear a mask when interacting briefly in person with our staff during curbside exams, drop-off and pick-ups, as well as when picking up medications.
For the safety of our clients and staff, please DO NOT enter the building if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or someone in your household is, please let us know and we will be happy to make the appropriate arrangements via "Concierge Curbside Service" appointment, requesting that you have someone else authorized to bring your pet in that isn't sick, or rescheduling when you're feeling better.
"COVID-19 symptoms" means fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea.
We will continue electronic payments with Credit Card or Care Credit via emailed invoices and contactless payment options for all appointments whenever possible.
