6/15/21 Blue Oaks Veterinary Clinic COVID-19 Update
Blue Oaks Veterinary Clinic would like to thank all of you for your patience and understanding over the last year while we navigate patient care during a pandemic. As we continue to adapt to changing requirements and recommendations, please keep in mind the following policy changes:
As of 6/15/21, we will offer the option of scheduling an in-person appointment. While we will be letting clients and their pets into the building, our front doors will continue to be locked until further notice, and there will be a few guidelines we need to follow:
One client will be allowed inside per in-room appointment (exceptions can be made for parents with small children).
All clients entering the building will be required to properly wear a mask at all times, no exceptions.
When you arrive for your appointment, please call from the comfort of your vehicle. When the technician and doctor are ready for you, they will call you, meet you at the door, and then show you into the exam room.
Proper social distancing will be maintained within the clinic when possible.
If you prefer to have a curbside or "Concierge Service" appointment instead, please just let us know and we would be happy to do so!
We will also continue offering "Concierge Service" for all drop offs, pick-ups, and outpatient appointments as well as medication pick ups. This means that when you arrive, please call the office from the comfort of your vehicle. A technician will meet you at the door when we are ready to borrow your pet for their exam and any treatments and/or provide you with your medication. We would also like to kindly ask clients to wear a mask when interacting briefly in person with our staff during curbside exams, drop-off and pick-ups, as well as when picking up medications.
We will continue electronic payments with Credit Card or Care Credit via emailed invoices and contactless payment options for all appointments.
